Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend securing your date at least six months ahead of your event, and earlier is always better for peak wedding season weekends. A deposit and signed agreement confirm your reservation.
Absolutely. The Double Sax Set and Customized 12-Song Set are available for destination weddings anywhere in Mexico. Travel expenses are not included in the performance fee and are coordinated and quoted separately based on your venue location.
Yes. Custom song arrangements are available as an add-on at $1,500 MXN per song with a minimum of 60 days advance notice, a beautiful way to make your most meaningful moments truly unforgettable.
Each set includes a curated live setlist and dedicated setup and breakdown time. Professional sound equipment is included for events of 30 guests or fewer. For larger groups, sound requirements are coordinated with your venue or event team. Travel expenses are not included and are quoted separately based on location.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 90 or more days before the event receive a partial refund of the remaining balance. Cancellations inside 90 days forfeit the full fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
Yes, and we actively encourage it. Dan works closely with planners, venue coordinators, and DJs to ensure timing, transitions, and ambiance are perfectly aligned. A shared timeline and pre-event coordination call are part of every engagement.
